These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betjlee ("betjlee", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the betjlee website located at betjlee.net, including all related services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, account management tools, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet on betjlee, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use betjlee.

Access to and use of betjlee is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or using any service on betjlee, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times:

Registration Requirements

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betjlee is committed to maintaining a safe and fraud-free environment. As part of this commitment, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification may be triggered at account registration, at first withdrawal, when deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed defined thresholds, or at any time betjlee deems it necessary to confirm a player's identity.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. In some cases, betjlee may additionally request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your betjlee account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. betjlee will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betjlee immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. betjlee strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

All financial transactions on betjlee — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related movements — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjlee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your betjlee account in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. betjlee does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are not within betjlee's control. You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name. Before processing your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed. betjlee processes verified withdrawal requests as follows: bKash and Nagad requests under ৳50,000 are typically processed within two to three minutes automatically; larger amounts and bank transfer requests are processed within one to three business days subject to manual review.

betjlee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal at any time, particularly where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during a security review without prior notice. Players will be informed of any such suspension via their registered email address.

betjlee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general rules, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real money funds before bonus funds are used. betjlee's system automatically applies real money funds first.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not count towards wagering requirements.
• betjlee reserves the right to set maximum bet limits while a player has an active bonus. Bets exceeding these limits while bonus funds are active may be voided.

Bonus Abuse Policy

betjlee actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and any other strategy that betjlee deems contrary to the spirit of a promotion. Players found to be abusing betjlee's bonus system may have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

As a registered player on betjlee, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with all applicable rules. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using betjlee while under the age of 18, or allowing any person under 18 to use your account.
• Opening more than one betjlee account, or accessing betjlee under a suspended or closed account.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with betjlee's games or betting systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, technical fault, or pricing error on betjlee to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to defraud betjlee.
• Depositing, withdrawing, or laundering funds of illegal origin through your betjlee account.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or communicating in an offensive or discriminatory manner towards betjlee staff or other players through any betjlee communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any element of the betjlee platform, games, or content without written authorisation from betjlee.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

betjlee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Detection of duplicate or associated accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player policy.
• A chargeback or payment dispute being raised against a betjlee deposit transaction by the player or their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring betjlee to freeze or close the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your betjlee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no active bonus wagering requirements remain. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

While betjlee makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, betjlee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond betjlee's control may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjlee shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use betjlee's services — including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, game errors, or delays in payment processing. betjlee's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount held in that player's betjlee account at the time the claim arises.

Game Results & Disputes

All game results on betjlee are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by betjlee's licensed game studio partners, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. betjlee does not control, alter, or influence the outcome of any game. In the event of a disputed game result, betjlee will review the relevant game logs and server data. betjlee's determination following such a review shall be final and binding.

For sports betting disputes, betjlee's trading team reviews all contested bets against the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). Where an error in odds or markets is identified prior to settlement, betjlee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

Force Majeure

betjlee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, internet infrastructure outages, or any other event of force majeure.
